Who We Are

When designing the logo with my friend, Nick Ashton, who is a commercial illustrator, we sat down in his art studio surrounded by art supplies, I explained to him why Play Therapy is so important.

I told Nick that every child experiences butterflies in their belly at sometime or another. However, some children find these butterflies turn into dragons. This level of anxiety can make a child feel physical and mental distress.

So I told Nick all I want to do is to help the dragons turn back into butterflies, and with the help of play therapy, let the butterflies fly away. But more importantly to teach the child and parent coping skills to help support the child now and into the future.

Now, more about me, I am currently in my 3rd year of a psychology degree, majoring in child psychology. Alongside this I have a wealth of knowledge from the extensive training which I have undertaken.
